Pam Poulin (dressed as Matilda Joslyn Gage) stands aside with Dayna Losito (flag holder) as a representative of the William J. Pomeroy Foundation relates the important work of the foundation in marking historical locations in Central NY history.
Many people turned out to commemorate the marker, located along Route 11 just north of the Cicero Cemetery. Bill Pomeroy and his wife Sandra, founders of the William J. Pomeroy Foundation, stand to the left. Their generous grant support made the marker possible.
